I loved how close this hotel is to Happoen Garden, just a short 500 meters away, and it's only about 2 km to the iconic Tokyo Tower, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the staff were really friendly and helped me find great walking routes every day.

However, I found the heating system to be an issue. The hotel switched to winter heating, making the rooms excessively hot without individual air conditioning. I requested a fan, which they provided, but it would have been better not to deal with that. On the downside, the gym and spa facilities were closed during my visit, which was disappointing. The carpets in some areas looked a little worn, and some amenities were not as updated as I expected, like the unrenovated rooms that felt quite dark. Despite this, the attentive staff and overall elegance of the hotel made for a memorable stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard queen room. The Japanese garden views were lovely, but the room felt outdated, lacking brightness. Enjoyed the convenient shuttle service to nearby stations. Dining options in the area are limited, so dining at the hotel might be best.

The lounge access was the highlight! ! Free cocktails and snacks made our evenings much more enjoyable. Plus, the cherry blossom view from our room was breathtaking!
